Product Description
These bearings are designed for the highly dynamic operating conditions in screw drives that require high accuracy, high load carrying capacity, high rigidity, low friction and maintenance-free or low-maintenance.
The bearings can support both radial forces and high axial forces due to the 60 contact angle.
The ZKLN bearing range is mounted in a housing bore and the bearing outer ring is axially located by a cover.
Double direction
PE: Increased tolerances, used when lower accuracy is acceptable
Lip seals on both sides
ZKLN..PE Series Angular Contact Bearings: Bearings of series ZKLN..PE are double row axial angular contact ball bearings with an outer ring suitable for mounting in a housing and has integral seals. These bearings are predominantly used for the bearing arrangements of screw drives and are an extremely economical solution for criteria such as a simple adjacent construction and low fitting costs. The larger sizes of these bearings – with a bore diameter of 60 mm to 100 mm are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements of large threaded spindles or rotating threaded nuts, in other words screw drives with a static spindle.
Double row axial angular contact ball bearings of series ZKLN...2RSPE have two rows of balls with a contact angle of 60deg. The bearings are sealed on both sides with rubber seals and are greased for life for the majority of applications. Additional seals in the adjacent construction are not required. In most applications, the initial greasing is sufficient for the whole operating life. If necessary, re lubrication can be carried out via a threaded connector from a central lubrication system on the flange side or by means of a lubrication groove and lubrication hole via the adjacent construction. The axial run out tolerance corresponds approximately to P5 in accordance with DIN 620.
