YRTS Turntable Bearing feature:
YRT turntable bearings are a kind of slewing mechanism that rotates on the outer ring and are supported by the inner ring. They are mainly divided into three series: YRT, YRTS and YRTM. These three series of bearings have the same installation dimensions, internal structure differences and similar performance. The YRT series bearings are composed of three rows of rollers. Two rows of axial rollers ensure stable axial load carrying capacity. The rows of radial rollers ensure that the bearings can withstand radial forces and overturning moments. They are suitable for axially loaded rotary mechanisms. YRT turntable bearings are mainly used in CNC machine tool manufacturing.
YRTS high-speed turntable bearing series
The YRTS high-speed turntable bearing series has the same external dimensions as the YRT series, but the internal structure is different from the YRT series. This determines that the YRTS turntable bearing series has a higher speed limit than the YRT turntable bearing series, and the friction torque is lower and uniform than the YRT turntable bearing series. Therefore, for the occasions that require relatively low friction but relatively high speed, this series can be used, such as bearings for shafts driven by direct drive motors.
Because YRTS bearings have higher speed limit and low stable friction torque, they are especially suitable for engines with torque.
