1. Requirements for bearing design:
1.1.1. Overall dimensions of the bearing:
- outer diameter: 15 0-0,005 mm,
- inside diameter: 10 0-0,005 mm,
- height: 2.5 0-0.025 mm.
- The mounting chamfer of the bearing on all its seating surfaces must be: (0,1… 0,2) mm * 45o.
1.1.2. Bearing Accuracy Class: Grade 4 according to ISO 492.
1.1.3. Degree of accuracy of balls: 3 class according to ISO 3290.
1.1.4. Contact angle: (18 ± 2) o.
1.1.5. The radial clearance should be in the range of 0.008 mm to 0.015 mm.
1.1.6. The axial clearance must be between 0.040 mm and 0.085 mm.
1.1.7. The separator shall not protrude beyond its ends by more than 0.5 mm. The centering of the separator must take place on the outer ring of the bearing. The gap in the separator socket between its wall and the ball must be from 65 μm to 100 μm per side.
1.1.8. The undulations of the inner and outer rings must not exceed 0.0001 mm.
1.1.9. Material of inner and outer bearing rings: AISI 440C steel or equivalent, with a hardness of 58-62 HRC.
1.1.10. Balls Material: AISI 440C steel or equivalent with a hardness of 58-62 HRC or Si3N4 ceramics.
1.1.11. Separator Material: TORLON 4301 PAI or TORLON 4275 PAI or TORLON 4203 PAI.
1.1.12. The design of the bearing must ensure its operability in the operating temperature range from minus 80 ° C to 100 ° C.
